What Regulens does.

Every statutory filing, licence and notice in one place, with the status read from the portals rather than typed in — and the controls a group needs to run it across every entity.

Features

What Regulens does.

Every statutory filing, licence and notice in one place, with the status read from the portals rather than typed in.

Know what is at risk, in rupees

The dashboard opens on what is late, what is due this week and how much tax departments are demanding — by company and by GSTIN — so you act on the costly items first.

Only what applies to you

Answer a two-minute profile — state, turnover, employees, factory, exports — and get the list of returns, licences and registrations that apply, with the reason for each.

Filing status without chasing anyone

Add your portal logins once. Regulens reads GST, Income Tax, TDS, EPFO, ESIC and MCA and marks each return filed, with the date, reference and amount from the portal.

No notice slips through

Notices are picked up from the portals with the demand amount, reply-by date and the PDF, and sit on the same calendar as your returns, so the reply date is never a surprise.

Extended dates, already updated

When a department extends a due date, every affected return moves with it. Nobody has to edit a sheet, and nobody gets chased for a return that is not yet due.

The whole group, one login

See every company and every GSTIN together or one at a time. CA firms run all their clients from one place, and each client sees only its own data.

Ready when the auditor asks

Every filing, change and portal reading is kept with who did it and when, and cannot be edited afterwards. Portal passwords are encrypted and never shown again.

Subsidies and schemes, followed up

State and central incentive schemes the company qualifies for, with the stage each application is at, the amount applied for and the amount actually received.

How it works

Up and running the same day.

No installation and no consultants. Answer a short profile, add your portal logins, and the calendar fills itself in.

  1. Answer the profile

State, turnover, employees, entity type, factory, exports — about two minutes.

  2. Review what applies

Compliances, registrations and schemes, each marked Applies, Does not apply, or To be confirmed.

  3. Add portal logins

GST, EPFO, ESIC, TRACES, PT. Stored encrypted, masked on screen, never written to logs.

  4. Work the calendar

Periods are generated with due dates and owners. Status is read for you; you act on the exceptions.

Why it pays for itself

What one missed date costs.

Late fees and interest start the day after a due date, for every return and every registration. A few weeks of late fees on a single return can cost more than a year of Regulens.

₹ 0 /day
GSTR-3B late fee, per GSTIN, plus 18% interest on tax unpaid
₹ 0 /day
Late TDS return fee under section 234E
0 %
Yearly damages on late PF at the top rate, plus 12% interest
₹ 0 /day
Additional ROC fee for each late annual form

Indicative statutory rates; the exact charge depends on the return, the tax and how late it is.

Named products are marked only from what each vendor's own website says, checked 7 October 2026. "Not stated" means the website does not say so — not that the product cannot. TeamLease RegTech, Komrisk, LexComply and Legasis are trademarks of their owners; Regulens is not affiliated with them.

Thirty days, one registration, ten compliances, every portal connected. No card, and nothing to uninstall if you walk away.
